Gathering Around Goodness

Kathryn and John approached me to completely revamp their coffee shop’s branding to communicate a change in management and attract a broader audience.

The Problem: Saint John's needed a fresh identity to reflect its new direction while retaining the charm that loyal customers loved. The existing brand felt outdated and lacked clarity, making it difficult to convey the coffeehouse's unique value and create an inviting atmosphere for new patrons.

The Solution: We conducted a comprehensive brand audit and developed a revitalized strategy that emphasized warmth and community connection. By crafting new messaging and visuals, we aimed to preserve the coffeehouse’s history while infusing it with a modern, eclectic flair. A cohesive visual identity was established, including logos, a vibrant color palette, and typography, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints. We also identified opportunities for creating an inviting atmosphere through improved seating, updated signage, and a welcoming space that encourages gathering.
